Welcome to Bottega Tendenza. By accessing our website www.bottega-tendenza.com or placing an order, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. About Bottega Tendenza

These Terms & Conditions apply to all products and services offered by Bottega Tendenza and to every agreement concluded with us.

2. Orders

An agreement is established once you place an order and receive an order confirmation by email.

Bottega Tendenza reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders, for example in the case of pricing errors, incorrect product information, or payment issues.

3. Prices & Payment

  • All prices include VAT unless stated otherwise.

  • Shipping costs are excluded unless explicitly stated otherwise.

  • Shipping costs are displayed during checkout.

  • Available payment methods are shown at checkout.

  • Prices may be changed at any time; however, the price applicable at the time of ordering will remain valid for that specific order.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are shipped to the delivery address provided by the customer.

  • Delivery times are indicative and not binding.

  • Bottega Tendenza is not liable for delays caused by the carrier.

Transfer of Risk:
Bottega Tendenza is not liable for lost, stolen, or missing parcels unless the customer selects insured shipping during checkout.

If standard (non-insured) shipping is selected, the risk of loss transfers to the customer once the parcel has been handed over to the carrier.

5. Returns (14 Days)

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt.

Return conditions:

  • Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense.

  • Items must be returned unused, unworn, and in their original condition and packaging.

  • Depreciation costs may be charged if products show signs of use or damage.

6. Sale Items

Different conditions apply to sale items:

  • Sale items cannot be returned for a monetary refund.

  • Instead, you will receive a store credit/voucher equal to the purchase value.

  • Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

7. Refunds

After receiving and inspecting the returned items, refunds will be processed within 14 days using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Please note:

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

8. Warranty

You are entitled to the statutory legal warranty as applicable under Dutch law.

The warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

  • Improper or careless use

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Incorrect maintenance

9. Liability

Bottega Tendenza is not liable for damages resulting from improper or careless use of products.

Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant order.

We aim to respond within 2 days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it may be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.

12. Applicable Law

All agreements between Bottega Tendenza and the customer are governed by Dutch law.
